Marty Cagan’s new book “Transformed” is out and it should absolutely be your number one read ASAP! I’m 50% of the way through and recommending it to everyone I work with. You don’t need to have read "Inspired”or “Empowered” first, some of the key concepts are reiterated but it does build upon those concepts with the much wider lens of how people work together across organisations.
Lenny interviewed Marty Cagan about the book and everyone lost their minds. Technically it’s a listen not a read unless you scroll through the transcript but you really, really should. Right now in internet-land we have people having opinions about other people’s opinions of what they think might have been said. Personally, I don’t think it was all that spicy, I did think it was spit your coffee funny at one point…
